A coffee whose name represents folklore and strength; a name traditional for indigenous Nicaraguan women. Pola coffee is grown in the northern region of Nicaragua in the midst of Nueva Segovia, Matagalpa and Jinotega at altitudes ranging from 900-1100 mts.
This region enjoys and annual average precipitation between 1500-1700 mm with temperatures between 20-29 degrees Celsius. Pola is characterized by its medium acidity and medium body complimented with a pleasant floral aftertaste. Pola coffee will awaken the strength within you.
H.B. Lapa Las Segovias
H.B. Lapa Las Segovias, the Spanish translation for the most colorful bird of the region, is a vibrant and powerful coffee. This coffee variety is cultivated under shaded areas of Las Segovias in the Dipilto mountain range with an average altitude of 1200 mts. This region enjoys and annual average precipitation between 900-1300 mm with temperatures between 15-30 degrees Celsius.
H.B. Lapa Las Segovias coffee beans are carefully processed at CISA's "San Carlos Mill" and "Las Camelias Mill", where the coffee beans are cautiously sun dried, classified, and hand selected under the supervision of highly specialized coffee technicians. The result of ideal climatic conditions, careful cultivation, harvesting and processing results Lapa's large, blue and green colored beans providing great fragrance, with good body combined with medium to high acidity, distinctive from other regions, pleasant and spontaneous sweet flavor.
It is not by chance that this coffee bean has been named after the colorful and vibrant Lapa bird.

A unique coffee variety that speaks for itself. Maragogype is grown in the highest mountains of the Isabellia, Dipilto, and Dariense mountain ranges with altitudes between 1100-1500 mts. This region enjoys and annual average precipitation between 1700-2200 mm with temperatures between 15-25 degrees Celsius.
The Maragoype receives a careful process in which it is sun dried classified and selected by hand for European preparation, resulting in a cup with full body and pronounced aroma, marked acidity which initially is very pronounced ending with a very pleasant sweet aftertaste.
